These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Travisaro ("the app", "we", "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Travisaro is a travel and visa-management tool that helps users track:
The app provides informational calculations only. It does not provide legal, governmental, or immigration advice. You must verify all visa-related decisions with the appropriate authorities.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Travisaro. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Travisaro includes an optional AI-based tool that analyzes uploaded visa or passport images to extract information.
You acknowledge that:
The app is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output or user-input data.
Travisaro provides estimates and calculations based on the data you enter. The app does not guarantee:
You are solely responsible for verifying your travel status and complying with immigration laws.
Some features of Travisaro require a paid subscription. Payments may be processed through:
Before purchase, all pricing and subscription terms are clearly displayed.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard, Stripe Customer Portal, Apple, or Google (depending on where you subscribed). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If a subscription payment fails:
Access may be restored once payment is successfully completed.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or subscription terms with appropriate notice.
Travisaro offers a Founder's Lifetime Deal, a one-time payment that grants full Pro access permanently. This is not a subscription and no recurring charges apply.
The Lifetime Deal is limited in quantity and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google must be requested directly through their respective refund systems. We cannot process these refunds.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
You may delete your account at any time. Deletion permanently removes all associated data and cannot be undone.
All content, branding, algorithms, and design elements of Travisaro are the property of the developer.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Use of the app is at your own risk.
Liability cap: to the extent any liability is not fully excludable under applicable law, Travisaro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Travisaro in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) 100 USD. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited (such as gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Travisaro, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
This obligation survives termination of your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
If you are a consumer: nothing in this section takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country you live in. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another place whose law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, you keep that right, and you keep the protection of any local rules that cannot be set aside by agreement.
Informal resolution first: before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@travisaro.app and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.
If informal resolution fails, either party may pursue the matter before the courts named in the Governing Law section above, or, if both parties agree in writing, through binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under its rules then in effect, by a single arbitrator, in English. Nothing in this section stops either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, internet or power outages, or failures of third-party providers (Stripe, Railway, OpenAI, Cloudinary, Apple, Google, or similar).
Some features let you upload content (profile photos, city photo memories). You retain ownership of anything you upload. By uploading, you grant Travisaro a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content back to you and, where you choose to make it public, to other users, solely to operate the app.
You confirm you own or have the right to upload the content you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You may not upload, publish or display any content that is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, defamatory, violent, or that sexualises or endangers a minor. You may not use a username, display name or profile photo for any of those purposes, impersonate another person, or use Travisaro to harass, stalk, intimidate or abuse another user. There is no acceptable amount of this content.
How we enforce it. Usernames and names are screened automatically before they are saved, and content that fails the screen is refused. Any account or photo can be reported from the "..." menu next to that person in Explore, or by emailing hello@travisaro.app. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content or terminate accounts that breach this section, without notice and without refund. You can also block any user immediately, which hides you from each other in both directions.
If you believe content on Travisaro infringes your rights, email hello@travisaro.app with a description of the content and your rights, and we will review and remove it if warranted.
Entire agreement: these Terms (with the Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and Travisaro regarding the app, and replace any earlier agreements on the same subject.
Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
No waiver: if we don't enforce a right under these Terms, that doesn't mean we've given it up.
Assignment: we may transfer these Terms and our obligations under them if Travisaro is acquired, merges, or sells its assets. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you downloaded this app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and are between you and Travisaro, not Apple:
The app collects basic account data (email), passport and visa information provided by the user, and anonymous analytics. Uploaded visa images are not stored. Users may delete their data at any time through account settings.
